I absolutely fell in love with Erika Kuhn's art today. She makes the most amazing Moleskine art, mostly of women.

What I really like about it is that the people seem to have real personalities, stories and thoughts.

Of course I like her style too. And once again it's art with a bit of a contradiction in it. It's beautiful, but also sad. And dark, but also light because of the large amount of visible paper.

I'm sure I'll be looking into her work some more soon. She has a wonderful Flickr page and I can't wait to see what she'll do next.

Just a Little Update
After a break from oil paintings I finally started working on one again. I thought it was done for the most part already, that there was just something missing. But while painting I decided to change a few things. I am looking forward to finishing it and seeing what it looks like then.
Have a great day!
