Another Project Finished

When I visited my favorite yarn shop a little while back, I just fell in love with this stunning yarn. And I'd also had my eye on the pattern for this scarf for a while. Thankfully the two were compatible.
Anyway, I should probably show you a picture of it layed out flat some time, but for now this should do. Perhaps I will post another picture when I'm done with the matching hat I'm planning to make.

Have you been working on any knitting projects as well?

  4. It's gorgeous! I'm not surprised you fell for the beautiful yarn. I can't wait to see more pictures and the hat too! (I think you know about my current knitting project!)

Thanks for your comment about the 70s craft books, by the way. That fountain pen tie sounds hilarious!

  6. This is gorgeous! The colours go really well together! I actually have to avoid yarn shops at the moment. I have SO MUCH already that I need to use up! Knitter problems!

  8. I know how much time and love goes in to this kind of project so I couldn't pass by without sending out a virtual fist-bump! The scarf looks so soft and finely woven... impeccable really! Knitting is the next craft frontier for me, I'm still mastering the basics of stitching.
