I love, love, love V for Vendetta. The graphic novel was amazing, although a little complicated at times. And the movie is one of my all time favorites. Certainly not a case of "the book was so much better than the movie", I'd say they're equally as good.
If you've seen the movie, you probably know what an "egg in a basket" looks like. If not take a look at the scene that makes my mouth water every time...
Chances are you would love to make an egg like that right now. I'd love to share this recipe with you and I'm sure that it'll be one of your favorites for breakfast in no time.
What you need is:
>a slice of bread, preferably white bread
>an egg
>butter
>a small glass
>a frying pan
First of you put butter in the frying pan, you can put some butter on your bread as well if you'd like that.
Then you fry your slice of bread on both sides.
Take your slice and use the small glass upside down to cut out a circle in the middle.
Put the bread back in the pan, break the egg and pour it in the hole.
Fry it on both sides and you're done.
You could of course add some cheese or bacon if you'd like that. And you could use a cookie cutter instead of a glass. This way you can pick some nice shapes; on Valentine's day for instance, you could use a heart.
