REMEMBER TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY
Marvelous MusicThe first cd on my birthday wishlist is by indieband the XX. I was watching MTV one day and one of their songs came on. I loved it immediately. Since then I've listened to some of their other songs on YouTube and haven't heard one I didn't like, so I'm really hoping to get the real cd next month.
There isn't really a good way to describe their sound and I'm not even going to try. The video below was recorded in my hometown and is of the first song I heard.
The girl's voice reminds me of Cat Power and the guy looks like both Channing Tatum and Eminem, just thought I'd share that with you.
i like it! her voice is pretty great...makes me wish i could sing.
